We service from Wallingford to Pittsford, and from Fair Haven to Killington.

When is it time to replace an old heating system?

With the effectiveness of today’s high-tech heating systems, the time is now! It is one of the smartest home improvements you can make. A typical oil-guzzling older system operates at about 60% heating efficiency. This means that 40% of your fuel dollars are literally going up in smoke! With a new boiler or furnace, you can reach an 85% - 95% heating efficiency. The fuel savings you’ll realize from upgrading your heating system will more than pay for the cost of installation.

What type of maintenance work should I be doing?

You should always give your heating system an annual tune-up to prevent expensive repairs and extend the life of your equipment. The Johnson Energy annual tune-up program features a 28-point "Safety and Condition Inspection", nozzle & oil filter, complete cleaning with efficiency testing and an overall system evaluation.
